We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Reporting Specialist to join our team at the Bosch Group. As a key member of our Quality department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing quality reporting processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and optimize the format and structure of quality reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights, using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant data visualization platforms.
  • Establish a simple and comprehensive library of quality KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to streamline reporting efforts.
  • Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in quality metrics.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to derive meaningful insights.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including internal databases, customer feedback, and industry benchmarks.
  • Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast potential quality problems and proactively address them to stakeholders as early warning.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Design dashboards and reports that convey complex information visually intuitive, user-friendly, and easily understandable.
  • Utilize storytelling techniques to effectively communicate the impact of quality initiatives and drive positive change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Production, and IT, to gather data, understand requirements, and ensure reports meet business needs, and deliver insights that support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership potential, interpersonal skills, assertive, team-oriented, goal-oriented, structured, analytical skills, and strategic Q-mindset.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably within a quality management context.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and database management (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent data analysis skills and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Analytic skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy.
