InnoWave is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our organization's financial stability, reputation, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential adverse impacts on our business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments across various domains, including technological and operational risks, regulatory compliance, and reputational risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management practices into our business processes.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure, trends, and mitigation efforts to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers and records of identified risks and corresponding mitigation actions.
  • Provide training and support to staff to raise awareness of risk management practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO 31000 and COSO.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and design risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key risk indicators and trends.
  • Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or ISO 31000 Risk Management Certification.
