Job Description
The Content Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that support business objectives and promote employee growth across various regions. This role involves working closely with local Learning & Development specialists to tailor training content to meet local needs while aligning with the global framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops that are adaptable for local implementation.
- Program Design: Design learning programs tailored to business needs, ensuring they support the professional development and skill enhancement of employees.
- Framework Development: Establish and maintain a global training framework that aligns with organizational goals and allows for local customization.
- Collaboration: Work with local L&D specialists to adapt content for specific cultural and operational contexts.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies to enhance training offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and department heads, to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in content development or instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Salary:
We offer an attractive compensation package for this position, estimated at €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Conditions:
This role is based in our studio in Braga, Portugal, and requires on-site attendance from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
