As a key member of our European team, you will bridge the gap between business analysts, development teams, and implementation managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and clear communication throughout the release process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements & Planning
  • Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to ensure clarity and collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine requirements when needed.
  • Ensure that development planning aligns with business objectives and timelines.
  • Sprint Management & Progress Monitoring
  • Track sprint progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and logged hours align with estimates.
  • Maintain and update sprint boards to reflect real-time progress and identify misalignments.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Conduct testing to ensure all releases meet functional and quality standards.
  • Identify, report, and track issues until they are resolved and seek to increase testing automation.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Draft and disseminate clear and concise communication regarding releases to relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between development, business, and implementation teams to ensure smooth execution and follow up on escalated tickets.
  • Documentation & Rollout
  • Update all relevant documentation and training materials post-development.
  • Coordinate with key users and Implementation Managers for structured rollout and monitor rollout success through KPIs.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Generate reports on sprint progress, hours logged, and ticket resolutions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of releases, identifying areas for improvement.
