Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of €18,600.00 gross per year, along with a range of benefits including paid bank holidays, an extra day in lieu, and hybrid work model allowing for 6 days per month at the office.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have fluency in both spoken and written French, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, fostering positive relationships with customers, and providing expert guidance on products and services.
