Job Description:
As a Clinical Psychologist at Neuroimprove Clinic, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. You will provide individual and family therapy, primarily using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients address difficulties and cope with emotional and mental problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on CBT principles
- Providing individual and family therapy sessions to promote positive change and growth
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure an efficient multidisciplinary approach to client care
- Participating in research activities and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
- Active registration in the Order of Portuguese Psychologists
- Proven experience in psychological assessment and intervention, with a focus on CBT
- Proven ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and their families
