About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team. As an expert in energy and utilities, you will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions using SAP technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement SAP solutions that meet client needs and best practices.
  • Conduct gap analyses between current processes and SAP functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP modules and functionalities.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in SAP consulting or business analysis.
  • Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
