Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into RSP issues to identify root causes and develop solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
- Evaluate and implement RSP customizations to meet diverse customer requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.
- Manage the impacts of engineering change requests on RSP functionality, offering guidance on best practices for maintaining system integrity.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for RSP processes, changes, and customer variants, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a liaison among manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to facilitate communication and achieve project goals.
- Provide mentorship on advanced RSP capabilities and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
- Monitor RSP technology trends and customer feedback to advocate and aid future development decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in signal processing or automotive radar development.
