Job DescriptionThis is a global role involving close collaboration with our US-based colleagues. The successful candidate will work 12pm - 8pm hours. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining our marketing tools, including Pardot, Qualified, and Salesforce.
- Enhancing and managing the lead management process, including configuring and refining the lead scoring model and optimising lead routing using Ringlead.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo to improve our Salesforce data.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce.
- Maintaining and improving reporting on demand gen activities.
- Supporting Sales with Territory Mapping.
- Assisting the deal desk function globally during crunch time (end of month).
We're looking for an exceptional individual with strong organisational skills, effective communication and problem-solving abilities, and a growth mindset.
