About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English, passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support, knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create, being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people, and living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.

Our team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions, technology, and expertise designed to support operational needs for clients and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of 1050 € gross/month, performance-based bonus, help with acquiring the NIF and SSN, relocation package of 360 euros per month for the first three months, paid professional training, and fun and engaging company-wide initiatives.

Working Conditions

As a Social Media Customer Service Specialist, you will work full time (40h/week), shifts 24/7 Monday to Sunday, with a 30 days probation period.
