Penetration Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Penetration Tester to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for conducting continuous penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough penetration tests to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Prioritize and define offensive activities that are business-impact oriented.
• Understand the purpose of assets to be tested and help identify worst-case scenarios to focus on exploitation.
• Execute penetration test activities, register all conducted actions, and follow trendy tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by real attackers.
• Document results of penetration test activities, including technical documentation.
• Support penetration testing lead on organizing, following up, and reporting pentest-related activities.
• Creation and maintenance of offensive-related toolset, including applications and underlying infrastructure.
• Automation of offensive-related scans, including detection, exploitation, and reporting.
• Support IT administrators on explaining exploitation findings and proposing recommendations and best practices for remediation.
• Support Red Team activities as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in offensive cybersecurity, i.e., penetration testing or red teaming.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as OSCP, GPEN, Pentest+, etc.
• Advanced English and communication skills, with clear and concise communication and ability to address stakeholders of different backgrounds and technical expertise.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure solutions, cloud technologies, network solutions, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies, such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, OWASP, NIST, etc.
