**Job Overview**
As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for owning the operational design of our client offering, ensuring it delights clients while maintaining the Nielsen offer in the marketplace. You will advise and discuss solutions with commercial teams and clients regarding operational requirements.
Key Challenges:
- You will be the link between clients and operations teams, translating client expectations into necessary work orders and coordinating production teams to ensure data quality and client satisfaction.
- You will drive and coordinate discussions on specifications limitations and technical possibilities with clients.
- You will lead effective discussions with clients and internal stakeholders to introduce innovations and improvements for their databases.
- You will suggest proactive solutions to clients for simpler, more enduring, and cost-efficient care of their databases.
- You will provide information on the status of implementation and coordinate support on client questions regarding data quality.
Your Profile:
- You are a confident and enthusiastic person who can manage a varied and unpredictable workload autonomously.
- You have a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economy, Marketing, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
- You are fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish.
- You demonstrate willingness to understand operational end-to-end processes and translate business expectations into technical specifications.
- You show facilities to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a 'Can-Do' and results-oriented attitude.
- You have knowledge of the FMCG industry and understanding of market data, such as Market Shares, Sales Units, Sales Value.
