Your Mission
You will work as a UX/UI designer, responsible for conducting user research, defining key problems, and translating them into prototypes for testing and iteration. You will craft the overall functionality of our products, ensuring a great user experience with continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client product ideas and visions following a design thinking approach.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, prototypes, or other deliverables optimized for various devices and interfaces.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business specialists, and engineers.
- Create research-based personas.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
- Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors, and images, maintaining a unified identity for our products.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We value your willingness to learn and contribute to project success more than exact experience. Professional experience as a UX or visual designer is preferred, especially those designing complex B2B solutions for digital environments. A bachelor's or master's degree in human-centered design, visual design, communications, computer science, psychology, engineering, or a related field is required.
