The Query Team at Constructor develops innovative query-processing techniques to capture user intent and boost conversions. As an ML Engineer with this team, you'll own high-traffic systems, researching and implementing cutting-edge ML models while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Advanced Search Engineer to join our Query Team. You'll work on mission-critical systems handling immense traffic, impacting millions of users. If you're passionate about applying machine learning in real-world scenarios, this opportunity is ideal.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced ML models to improve business KPIs
  • Own the full development lifecycle: design, develop, iterate, and deliver systems to production
  • Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to draw hypotheses and validate them
  • Maintain search and autosuggest quality assessment pipelines

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working on high-traffic services with high availability
  • Familiarity with various NLP & Machine Learning techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Knowledge of big data stacks for end-to-end ML product development
  • A solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and their trade-offs
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

Salary: Estimated $103,000 per year
