A new opportunity has arisen in Porto, Portugal, for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team as a TPA Operations Specialist.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for working on requests related to third party administration activities (TPA) and performing database management tasks. This includes handling client data and ensuring requests from internal and external stakeholders are processed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Management, Economics, Finance, or Legal, with 2-3 years of experience in KYC/TPA and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Excel and VBA is also essential for this role.
