About the Role

Arrow Global Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Associate - Financial to join its team. As a key member of the Asset Management department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, implementing business plans, and maximizing investor returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management of assets across various areas, including development, legal, marketing, commercial, and financial.
  • Contribute to financial modeling, assumption review, and board/investor memorandums to inform management decisions and strategic reviews.
  • Keep financial models up to date based on the latest financial information and perspectives.
  • Assist in the production of investor reports and respond to investor inquiries related to financial matters.
  • Monitor and anticipate investment capital needs, prepare capital calls, and coordinate capital distributions.
  • Support matters related to existing financings and secure new financings.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate and/or master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate investment or asset management, strategic management, financial consulting, corporate finance, or similar fields.
  • Relevant financial modeling skills and real estate or hospitality knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
