We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Portugal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to grow their businesses through digital advertising.

About the Role:

This role involves engaging with clients across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, to provide timely and efficient support. You will help SMBs navigate the online and digital advertising space, guiding them through pre and post-sales processes to ensure the best use of advertising tools and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SMBs in expanding their businesses through effective digital advertising strategies;
  • Engage with clients to provide timely and efficient support;
  • Help SMBs grow and maximize their use of self-serve advertising tools and platforms;
  • Guide prospective SMB clients through product offerings, helping them understand how digital advertising can meet their business needs;
  • Provide continuous assistance to existing clients, ensuring they receive the most out of the services and tools post-purchase;
  • Offer expertise in advertising products and tools to improve the client experience and optimize their advertising strategies;
  • Address client concerns, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to improve their experience with advertising tools;
  • Share knowledge on effective advertising strategies, tools, and techniques to drive client success;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term satisfaction and retention;
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.

What You'll Need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum);
  • Empathic and helpful;
  • Team player;
  • Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
  • Able to handle sensitive information;
  • Fast learner capacity;
  • Night shift: 21:00h – 6:00h – Monday to Sunday.
