As a Global Operations Expert at TN Portugal, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring safe and quality experiences for Advertisers on TikTok. Your primary goal will be to review and moderate advertisements entering the platform, mitigating risk to our community while supporting advertisers proactively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Moderate content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency in line with local legislation.
- Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures.
- Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale.
- Act as the intermediary between internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle daily queries and questions.
- Collect customer feedback, address issues, and concerns, and provide support to achieve business success via our platform.
- Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system, and process that will drive optimization and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to respond quickly to relevant service-related needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Confident working with online IT software including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work alternating rotations and shifts.
