We are pioneers in the eSIM revolution, working closely with industry leaders like Apple, Palo Alto Networks, and Google while attracting prominent clients such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Revolut, Netflix, and Tesla.
In this role, you will be part of our dynamic team responsible for proposing, analyzing, and defining requirements for new and existing services and systems related to Packet Core technologies. Your primary tasks will include preparing, designing, testing, and implementing new solutions or product changes within our existing portfolio. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution roadmap for Packet Core systems under your area of responsibility and collaborate with other functional areas on cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with Network teams to define and manage project deliveries for new solutions.
- Network Design: Develop network design and integration strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with relevant departments.
- New Solution Development: Design and implement new consumer and corporate telecom solutions that meet our high standards.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, WOs, etc.) throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Implementation and Testing: Perform live environment implementations and troubleshoot issues using tools like Wireshark, Astelia, and others.
- Quality and Performance Indicators: Establish and follow-up on Quality and Performance indicators to ensure optimal system performance.
- Capacity and Performance Analysis: Conduct capacity and performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions.
- Service & Resource Configuration: Define and implement Service and Resource configurations on requested systems, ensuring seamless integration.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science and equivalent experience. Relevant skills include implementation of live solutions on mobile telecom networks, network design, capacity management, engineering, and architecture.
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
