We're looking for a Senior CRM Consultant to integrate into our internal team and help us achieve this goal by bringing together talented people and powerful technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Designing solutions for business requirements and improving client processes;
  2. Preparing functional specification documentation;
  3. Analyzing business processes and requirements;
  4. Customizing and configuring D365 solutions;
  5. FOLLOWING AND SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO IMPLEMENT THE DESIGNED SOLUTION;
  6. Testing solutions developed to ensure that the solution designed with the customer is implemented;
  7. Preparing tests and training documentation about the designed solution;
  8. Implementing improvements to internal processes and new functional methodologies;
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement.

You must have:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience with CRM;
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Dynamics 365 Extensions development (Web Resource, Custom Workflow/Action, Plugins, Business Rules, Business Process Flows);
  3. Solid knowledge in several modules of the Dynamics CRM platform;
  4. Experience in customizing the Dynamics CRM platform - attributes, views, forms.

We value certifications in Dynamics 365, customization in Dynamics 365, experience with Agile methodologies, experience with Azure Functions and APIs, and experience with Power Platforms: PowerBI, Custom Connectors.
