**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A monthly gross salary of 950€, inclusive of free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills paid.
  • An option to receive 1350€ gross per month, excluding accommodation.

In addition, we provide reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country within the EU, and assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account.


**Job Description**

You will work as a Customer Care Specialist, ensuring the satisfaction of customers through various communication channels (phone, chat, and email).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Satisfying customers' diverse needs and concerns.
  • Maintaining the positive reputation of our major brand.
  • Acting in the best interests of both the customer and the company to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in German as a native language.
  • Completed school education.
  • At least an English language proficiency level of B2 or B1 (dependent on the position).

We also require a valid work permit for Portugal and an open-minded attitude, seeking new experiences abroad.
