Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Neurologic Music Therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Neurologic Music Therapy services to a diverse range of virtual clients across various age groups and neurologic diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in administering NMT interventions for various neurological conditions, including TBI, stroke, PD, MS, DOC, and more.
• Conduct comprehensive individual evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Implement effective NMT interventions within sensorimotor, speech and language, and cognitive domains, ensuring optimal client outcomes.
• Evaluate client progress through regular progress reports and documentation, updating goals and objectives as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with caregivers and professionals, and participate in professional development opportunities to advance clinical skills.
• Develop exercise programs and resources for clients to complete independently, promoting long-term growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess MT-BC credential and NMT certification (NMT/F Preferred)
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in administering NMT interventions
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $53,000-$55,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, annual bonuses, paid time off, and parental leave.
