Job DescriptionWe're seeking an exceptional Lead Backend Software Engineer who can lead the design and development of our backend systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and implementation of our backend architecture
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to ensure the success of the team
- Contributing to the overall technical direction of our engineering department
You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- More than 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership capacity
