Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalized fashion advice to customers, showcasing your knowledge of the latest trends and styles.
- Offer assistance with product information, orders, payment methods, and shipping queries, ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
- Transform online credit simulations into completed files, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Engage with prospects and clients via phone, email, or social media, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for transforming our customers' online experiences into positive interactions, fostering brand loyalty and driving business growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver exceptional service, address customer concerns promptly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package, including a gross monthly stipend of €1040 (including free accommodation) or €1240 (excluding accommodation).
- Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses and airport pick-up.

Requirements
- A native level of French and a good level of English.
- Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
- Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
- An attentive listener, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
