This role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing Purina's Consumer Engagement Services (CES) strategy for European projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective consumer engagement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Job Description

The Consumer Engagement Services - Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing consumer engagement strategies that align with Purina's business objectives
  2. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of consumer engagement initiatives
  3. Analyzing consumer data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize consumer engagement programs
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer engagement and applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in consumer engagement, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
