About the Opportunity:
Cbtalents is currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Content Moderators. This vital role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of online advertisements within our streaming service platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Review: Conduct thorough reviews of advertisements to guarantee their suitability for the target audience.
  2. Content Removal: Identify and remove ads that contravene local legislation, including those targeting minors.
  3. Guideline Development: Contribute to the enhancement of our moderation guidelines, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Work Schedule:

  1. Ongoing Availability: Participate in rotating shifts, adjusting to a new schedule every month.
  2. Shift Timings: 8 am - 5 pm, 2 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 8 am

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience in content moderation, up to 12 months, is highly valued.
  • Availability to work on-site is necessary.
  • Proficiency in the Norwegian language is required.
