Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, analytic and dynamic individual to join our Revenue Management department as a Pricing Strategy Specialist. You will be responsible for defining and analysing the pricing strategy of over 400 properties, working closely with the CRO and CEO to ensure results and objectives are met in terms of revenue.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports by cluster and property;
- Create reporting and dashboards that allow continuous monitoring of portfolio performance;
- Analyse implemented pricing tests and their results;
- Carry out 365-day pricing strategy planning based on forecast;
- Review rates, discounts and reviews to ensure revenue maximization;
- Identify changes in market demand and portfolio that impact the strategy previously defined through data analysis;
- Data analysis from industry trends and data collection from softwares used (Airdna, PriceLabs) to identify patterns;
- Identify, test and implement new tools, technology or methods which contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and data analysis;
- Degree in economics, management or engineering field;
- Skilled with Excel, databases and macros;
- Ability to organise, centralise and structure data architecture to facilitate analysis and dashboard creation;
- Self-motivated individual who drives the department forward and loves to give extra effort;
- Good communication skills (oral and written);
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to deal with constantly changing environment;
- Passion for data analysis, technology and the tourism market.
