Global SAP SD/FI Bill-to-Cash Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our Global Digital & Business Services (GDBS) unit, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable business value to Essity and our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in the global rollout of SAP S/4 implementation, focusing on Bill-to-Cash (B2C) and FI Accounts Receivable (AccRec, A/R) topics.
  • Support SAP FI A/R & SD Integration, configuration settings, and resolve issues or design new improvements to system processes, including functional testing.
  • Continuously review existing business processes, propose, and realize process optimization in collaboration with business units.
  • Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
  • Support implementation of to-be processes, prepare training documentation, and conduct training delivery.
  • Break down business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources.
  • Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.

Your Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience working with SAP (R3 or S/4) in FI A/R processes.
  • Knowledge about SD module, especially Credit Management and VAT Determination.
  • Identify business GAPs in the template and find (standard) solutions and implement them.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI/CO module covering areas such as SAP FI AR (Acc Rec), G/L, Account determination, VAT Determination, Payment & Collection, Dunning, Invoice Outputs & Archiving Integration to SD module; Credit Management in S/4, Profit center determination.
  • Good understanding of Business Partners and finance-related fields (accounting & credit).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, being part of a SCRUM Team.
  • Strong influencing, communication, written, and collaboration skills at all levels within an organization.
