Job Description:
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for collecting recruitment needs from hotel units, monitoring the process in coordination with the Recruitment team, and providing support and guidance to managers in HR processes, such as conflict management, restructuring, and labor law issues. The successful candidate will also coordinate with the legal department and hotel management all legal procedures/processes within the scope of people management throughout the entire lifecycle of employees. Additionally, they will assist in solving daily problems in hotel units, ensure the collection and validation of data necessary for payroll processing, manage attendance, and monitor presence, absence, and hour bank balances.
Key Responsibilities:
