Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our Insulin Management System product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding the Omni pod-Product, an Insulin Management System.
2. Manage orders, coordinate product shipments, and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
1. Fluency in French and a good level of English language proficiency.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work proactively and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
