Richemont seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join its dynamic team working on a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, customizing and configuring Salesforce applications, and developing Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend the functionality of Salesforce.
You will also design and build Lightning components and applications using the Salesforce Lightning Framework, create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts, conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations, and provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components.
A Salesforce Developer certification is a must, and proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs, is required. Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce with external systems, experienced in Agile delivery, and a solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices are also essential.
