We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack API Specialist to join our team at Boost IT.

About the Role

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based APIs using Java 8-11, Spring, and related technologies in a Microservices ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • API Design and Development: Ensure the creation of high-quality, efficient, and scalable APIs adhering to best development practices.
  • Proof of Concepts: Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate and validate new API solutions and design patterns.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs within the overall architecture. Document APIs using standards such as Swagger and OpenAPI.
  • Performance and Optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and reliability of APIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
  • Proficient Level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong experience in Java development (Java 8-11).
  • Proficiency with the Spring framework.
  • Experience in using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Familiarity with writing clean code and best development practices.
  • Experience with Java Persistence API (JPA) and Hibernate for database management.
