Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team. The primary focus of this role is to engage with all regions to consolidate demand and evaluate global negotiations to leverage the company's global volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with regional procurement teams to gather and consolidate demand across all regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to standardize procurement processes and requirements globally.
- Analyze regional procurement data to identify opportunities for consolidation and cost savings.
- Lead global negotiations with suppliers to leverage the company's global volume.
- Manage procurement activities for key categories including Facility Services, Meal Services, HR Benefits, Uniforms, PPE, Consultancy Services, Professional Services, and General Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SG&A categories with Global Scope.
- Proven track record of successful global negotiations and demand consolidation.
