We are seeking a highly motivated Italian-speaking Customer Service Expert to join our team at expert GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian (C1 level) and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, features, and specifications.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products, software, and accessories.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- A very high level of Italian (spoken and written) (C1)
- A high level of English
- You are very well organized and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems and offer them individual solutions
- You know how to work within a team, you are easy-going
