Software Tester

Alter Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Software Tester to join its Agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing the web portal IARD, ensuring that it meets the company's high standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and challenging user stories to ensure they meet business requirements
• Developing and following up on test strategies to ensure thorough testing
• Writing and reviewing test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Defining and executing test cases to identify and report defects

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

In terms of qualifications, Alter Solutions Group is looking for candidates with at least 3 years' experience in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of SQL, Jira, functional specifications, manual and automation testing, and Scrum methodologies is required. French language proficiency is a must, while English is desirable.

A salary range of €50,000-€70,000 per year is expected, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.
