Retail Sales and Merchandise Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Commercial Merchandiser (M/F) - PORTO. As a representative of a client of SelPlus and prestigious brands, you will be responsible for increasing sales and visibility of their products in various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting a set of stores (daily routes) within a specific channel (e.g., pharmacies, supermarkets, or restaurants) with the aim of increasing sales and visibility of their products;
  • Implementing point-of-sale activities and materials to increase sales and visibility;
  • Developing relationships with store owners and managers to identify business opportunities;
  • Identifying business opportunities and implementing strategies to capitalize on them.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th grade, university attendance or degree preferred;
  • Driving license (essential for reaching all stores on the route);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Commercial spirit and willingness to take on challenges;
  • Efficiency, responsibility, organization, persuasion, dynamism, and critical sense.
