Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shipments are registered and allocated with the correct driver/vehicle details on our Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor details to meet operational targets.
  • Monitor and update all timings through rigorous tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors to confirm job details and document this information in transport monitoring notes.
  • Document all relevant details in monitoring notes, including seal numbers, site time, goods collection/delivery, vehicle registration numbers, and driver names.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on job status/location/ETA, following operational procedures.
  • Inform Operations Managers/Coordinators/Sales of any delays or issues.
  • Record and escalate client queries and complaints to the relevant personnel.
  • Track tasks monitored on the TMS in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or operational issues in a timely and professional manner, minimizing service disruption.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data input.

Requirements:

  • Be proactive in anticipating potential problems.
  • Possess excellent data analysis skills.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be IT literate and able to work across multiple systems.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
