Our client, a leader in global strategic technology and payments, seeks a highly skilled Campaign Production Editor to enhance their Customer Experience team.

This role involves crafting compelling B2C marketing campaigns across email, web, push, and SMS, leveraging their MarTech platform (SAS) and CMS (Magnolia) to deliver seamless personalised shopping experiences for millions of international shoppers.

With a presence in 50 countries and 2,000 employees, they integrate with 300,000 point of sale systems across luxury retailers and brands, offering innovative solutions like tax-free shopping, smart data and intelligence, marketing and sales, POS technology, and payment solutions.

The Campaign Production Editor will be responsible for:

  • Managing campaign journeys, including setup and deployment in their MarTech platform (SAS).
  • Updating marketing content on the B2C website using their CMS (Magnolia).
  • Overseeing email marketing templates for campaigns using Agillic & SAS360.
  • Ensuring content aligns with brand standards.
  • Assisting with A/B testing and QA, optimising content for various audiences and platforms.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Technology / Marketing Automation platforms.
  • A background in roles like Campaign Executive, Content Executive, CRM Executive, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns across email, push, web, and SMS.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Email Marketing platforms.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
