Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Digital Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of online communities by reviewing and analyzing user-generated content.
Key Responsibilities:- Review user flagging reports regarding website content
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines
- Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of established policies
- Fluency in Romanian (at least C1 level, ideally native)
- B2 level of English
- Availability to work in 3 shifts, 7 days a week (40h/week in rotative shifts)
- Professional work experience in a business process outsourcing company or comparable service environment
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Estimated salary: €42,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Paid training and contract
- Relocation package (for eligible candidates moving to Lisbon from abroad)
