Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Design Specialist to drive innovative design solutions and lead the full design process for our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing requirements, defining features, and delivering user-centered deliverables aligned with feasibility.

Your expertise in one of the following: Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote or PowerPoint, and other industry-standard design tools will enable you to simplify complex design and interaction concepts, present them to cross-functional teams for constructive debate and iteration.

You will create and iterate on experience concepts using rapid prototyping to ensure optimal usability and functionality, and deliver high-quality design solutions within tight deadlines, incorporating insights from cross-functional feedback and user data.

An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and an ability to drive innovative solutions.

Able to develop, iterate, and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes, and comfortable working independently while also partnering effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams in design, marketing, and engineering.
