As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our client's HR function, providing guidance and expertise on various HR-related matters.

About the role:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including on boarding, off boarding, talent management, and training. They will also provide HR support to team members, answer their questions, and respond to their requests. Additionally, they will manage and maintain the necessary database/ HRIS for HR processes and employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle in the different HR processes
  • Provide HR support to team members
  • Manage and maintain the necessary database/ HRIS for HR processes and employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or comparable work experience
  • Proven experience of minimum 4 years working in a similar position
  • Strong generalist experience across various HR domains (employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR processes)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
