In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic development. You'll work closely with our teams to understand customer behavior, optimize marketing channels, and improve sales and conversion rates.

  • You'll contribute to steering package sales, focusing on enhancing our commercial proposition to boost conversion rates and revenues.
  • You'll analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and conversion rates.
  • You'll work with our teams to understand customer behavior, optimize marketing channels, and improve sales and conversion rates.
  • You'll gather, analyze, and interpret sales and market information to provide meaningful feedback on competitors' landscapes and make recommendations for the packages strategy.

Your Expertise:

  • BA/MA degree in relevant fields, such as business, marketing, or tourism.
  • 2-3 years experience in the Travel Industry (OTA/Tour operator environment) or digital companies.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and sound analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work with Presentation Tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French and knowledge of Spanish a plus.
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Keen eye for details and ability to manage multiple tasks at once, successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Proactiveness and ability to work autonomously, but still collaborate effectively in teams.
