We are looking for a Portfolio Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, business plan implementation, budget monitoring, operational expenditure management, capital expenditure management, and lease contract management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also possess knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans for each asset
- Track budget performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage operational expenditures, including maintenance, repair, and modernization/rehabilitation of assets
- Coordinate capital expenditure projects, including economic and financial feasibility studies
- Ensure effective lease management, including contractual aspects, tenant relations, and rent control
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to critically analyze data and assumptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
In order to provide a competitive compensation package, we estimate an annual salary of around €50,000 - €60,000, depending on experience.
