Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional C# Backend Senior Software Engineer who will be part of our talented team.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to design and develop solutions, adhering to development processes like TDD, BDD, code reviews, etc.
2. Optimize the performance of the platform component you'll work on, ensuring seamless user experiences.
3. Produce and test high-quality code in short cycles, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
4. Gather feedback from end-users and adapt your solutions accordingly, focusing on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users.
Requirements:
1. In-depth knowledge of product development best practices, continuous delivery, and testing principles.
2. Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions, driving innovation and collaboration.
3. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. If you're an exceptional candidate without formal education, we encourage you to apply.
4. More than 5 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
5. In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design.
6. Excellent coding skills in one or more of these technologies: C#, Java, Python; preference given to C# developers.
7. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices Development (highly valued).
8. Proficiency in English language.
