Overview

Blu Selection is a dynamic and innovative company that offers top-notch customer support services to various industries, including streaming platforms. As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and assistance to their viewers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
  • Provide account and application support to viewers, particularly with regards to software functionality
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for system configurations and network settings
  • Deliver accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Native French speaker with an advanced level of English
  • Highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a significant advantage

Benefits:

  • Full-time job, 40 hours a week
  • Rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday: 8 am to 9 pm
  • Competitive salary: €890 base salary (14 times per year) + €100 performance bonus (gross/month)
  • Paid and recognized training
  • Meal allowance of €7.23 per work day
  • Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 6 months accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
