**Job Summary**

The D2C E-commerce Specialist will act as the primary technical partner for brand market Digital & eCommerce expert, updating and maintaining attractive D2C offers at market direction. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, managing content on Nestlé e-commerce websites, and ensuring consistency across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Execution of webmastering activities at market direction of brand marketing website, D2C webshop, and mobile applications
  • Timely submission of webmastering activities
  • Updated/clear documentation on processes and support model
  • Testing functionality
  • Ongoing optimization of content based on SEO guidelines
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, presenting actionable insights to business

**Requirements**

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, ideally Magento 2
  • University degree in Digital technologies or related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • Experience in running test and QA activities
  • Familiarity with SEO principles
  • Understanding of UX (User Experience) and web analytics tools
