As a Cloud Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development and professional services, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Create scripts for operational automation and incident response, enhancing the overall efficiency of our support processes.
- Deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Contribute to the SOC 2 certification process, adhering to industry-standard methodologies.
- Integrate cloud tenants with customers' premises and users via web interfaces, streamlining connectivity and accessibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education.
- Experience in software support, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Familiarity with systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows, networking fundamentals, and scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, and Python.
- Desirable skills include experience with AWS or Azure services, security concepts, IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, SSH, network monitoring/troubleshooting tools, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively in English.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
