**Job Description**

We are partnering with a world-renowned outsourcing company that offers customer/technical support, content moderation, sales, and marketing services.

As a Sales Advisor, you will identify new business opportunities, consult with clients to understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to drive growth while achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Daily communication with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
  • Consultative selling to better understand clients' needs and help them achieve their objectives.
  • Planning actions based on clients' needs and expectations.
  • Researching industries and business models to better understand markets and clients.
  • Understanding local specifics to better tailor offers for local advertisers.
  • Providing personalized recommendations based on clients' needs.
  • Assisting clients in optimizing product usage, offering active support in problem-solving and performance improvement.
  • Expanding knowledge of advertising solutions and their impact on business performance.
  • Solving problems, identifying trends, and providing valuable feedback on products.
  • Using various tools to communicate effectively and help clients succeed.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
