You'll lead a team of engineers to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. You'll also need to show leadership as a hands-on developer in multiple layers of the software stack and data stack.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in commercial software development, experience in leading and/or managing others, and a demonstrated excellence participating on cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. You should have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
Apart from your technical expertise, you'll also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of tools and expertise for troubleshooting production issues, as well as a good experience in AWS/Azure cloud platform, object-oriented programming (java/scala/python), and SQL.
