Assistant Store Director

**Job Summary**
">We're seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a 2nd Assistant Leader. In this role, you'll work closely with our Store Leader to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store operations. Your goal will be to create a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers, driven by personalized outfitting and a deep understanding of their needs.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our store is always looking its best, from maintaining visual standards to driving sales and meeting business objectives. You'll collaborate with your colleagues to resolve customer feedback and address any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Store Leader in managing all aspects of the retail business, including sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Lead by example, embodying a strong sense of fashion and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and support store operations.
- Maintain South Moon Under's visual and operational standards, consistently meeting and/or exceeding all goals and objectives for the store.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in a management-level position in a specialty retail environment preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with peers and customers alike.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
